After reading a few more reviews on it, even the paid off journalists can't make it sound new and interesting...

WARNING: MILD PLOT AND GAME PLAY SPOILERS AHEAD

[spoiler=]"The game has an episodic narrative that starts with Baird being dragged before a military inquiry to "explain his actions" during Emergence day. Each chapter of the game refers to pulse pounding part of Baird's testimony to the court."

[spoiler=]"In terms of raw gameplay, Gears of War: Judgement features the same run and gun third person dynamic that made the previous games best sellers. You will be tasked to get from one end of the level to the other, killing anything that gets in your way."

[spoiler=]"Gears of War: Judgement also has the same cover focus as previous titles, requiring you to take a more tactical approach to each hallway level. The cover system works in exactly the same way as the older games, simply requiring you to press A when near a potential source of cover to duck behind it and avoid enemy fire."

Yes. Because "Simply pressing A" worked 100% of the time in Gears, and you NEVER jumped to a cover you didn't want... NOR did you jump OVER the cover because the controls were just that good...
